St Mary’s placed 3rd in O’Shea Shield Competition

Last weekend we took a team of 16 students to St Peter’s College in Palmerston North. They competed in Debating, Oratory, Maori Scripture Reading and English Scripture Reading, Junior Prepared Speech, Religious Drama, Impromptu and Religious Questions. The girls did St Mary’s proud and we ended up coming third out of 17 schools.  A great effort. The girls and coaches had put in hours of work in preparation and I thank them all for their efforts.
