Although there are no Sisters teaching at the College today, they remain the Proprietors and take a keen interest in College life. Sister Natalie Murphy is the current representative on the Board of Trustees.

What does the Parents, Friends and Teachers Association (PTFA) do?
Develop meaningful connections with the College community;
Provide practical and financial assistance to the College, for extraordinary needs.
In 2011 we held a number of very successful events, while financially supporting the College:
Parent-Daughter Breakfast at Parliament
Quiz and Auction Night (over $8000 raised)
Raising funds for computer data projectors and the Student Welfare Fund
Who is on the Parents, Teachers and Friends Association?
Anyone who is interested! Your involvement can be in one or several areas.
The Core Committee meets bi-monthly to conduct the "business" of the PTFA, planning, agreeing donations, and liaison with Teachers.
We have sub-groups led by Core Committee members that focus on specific projects and events. You may like to assist with one or more of these events.
There is a growing group of helpers who assist with time, skills, and donations, eg baking, manning stalls.
Join us to help St Mary's College while meeting other parents and having fun!
